If you still need assistance, please follow these steps
and gather the following information needed for your Technical Support Ticket.

  1. Get your program version and build date.
    This information can be found by opening Help/About menu at the top of the program.
  2. Gather all information that applies to the problem. Note or print out any on screen messages you get when the problem occurs.
  3. Write down all the steps you have taken to solve the problem, along with any error messages your computer has given you.
  4. Be sure you know your hardware configuration, operating system version, memory, disk space, printer, etc.
  5. Once you have purchased your Technical Support Ticket
    a tech will contact you before the end of the next business day.
    Initial contact may be by email - so be sure that you can receive our emails!

A Technical Support Ticket covers support for a single issue or problem.
